According to the Civil Code, you can withdraw from the purchase contract for internet purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. If you require the return of the goods after a longer period than 14 days, i.e. 15 days or more, it is no longer possible to return the goods without giving a reason, we always deal with it after agreement with an individual approach.
The condition for successful acceptance of returned goods and payment of money back to your account is that you have not used the purchased item in any way and it does not show any visible wear. Otherwise, we are forced to lower the returned amount according to the condition of the returned goods. - The right to withdraw from the contract
1.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract and in the event of the conclusion of a purchase contract when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes over the goods. For goods delivered in parts, the acceptance of the last delivery is counted, for regular repeated deliveries, the acceptance of the first delivery of the goods is counted.
1.3 For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform: Jakub Škoda, registered office: Edisonova 85/667, 70030 Ostrava-Hrabůvka, ID: 06775063, of your withdrawal from this contract, in the form of a unilateral legal action - for example, by letter sent through the postal service operator, or by e-mail to the email address: info@dynamickylaser.com. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not your obligation to do so.
1.4 In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the relevant deadline.
- Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of of your chosen delivery method, which is different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). For refunds, we will use the same payment method that you used to make the initial transaction, unless you have specifically specified otherwise. In no case will this incur additional costs for you. We will refund the payment only after receiving the returned goods.
2.2 You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling these goods in a way other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality. We are entitled to unilaterally set off a claim for compensation for damage for a decrease in the value of the goods against your claim for a refund of the purchase price.
These conditions are effective from 2/20/2024
