Shipment dispatch - when will we send you the shipment?
Because your satisfaction is our top priority, we process all your orders immediately upon receipt.
- If you create an order on working days before 11:00 a.m., we hand it over to Zásilkovna on the same day (applies to paid orders and cash on delivery)
- If you create an order after 11:00 a.m., we hand it over to the carrier the very next business day.
- It is exceptionally possible that we send your shipment faster than according to the established schedule.

Transport - we will deliver the goods to you via Zásilkovna both to Z-Boxes or to your home throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics according to the conditions of Zásilkovna. We also deliver to 22 countries of the European Union via Packeta. Please note that in the Czech Republic and SK it is not possible to pay cash on delivery if you choose a delivery box (Z-Box, etc.)!
