1. Organizing entity:
This event called "Dynamic free shipping week" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is organized by the e-shop dynamickylaser.com, with registered office at Edisonova 85/667, 70030 Ostrava, ID number 06775063 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Duration of the Event:
The event runs from 25/04/2024 to 1/5/2024 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as "Duration of the Event").
3. Event participants:
All natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") can participate in the event.
4. Mechanism of Action:
- A Participant who, during the Event Duration, orders goods in the Organizer's online store with a total value of at least CZK 500 (hereinafter referred to as "Minimum Order Value") and chooses the delivery method "Zásilkovna 🇨🇿 - DELIVERY POINT - we recommend ✅" (hereinafter referred to as " Selected delivery method"), receives free shipping (hereinafter referred to as "Free Shipping").
- Free shipping applies only to delivery to the Czech Republic.
- Free shipping only applies to products in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- Free shipping will automatically appear in your cart after the conditions are met.
- Free shipping does not apply to cash on delivery payments.
- It applies to delivery points, Post Offices and boxes.
5. Exclusions from the Promotion:
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Cash on delivery payments.
- Orders that do not meet the Minimum Order Value.
- Delivery methods other than the Selected delivery method.
- Products that are not in stock and not available for immediate shipment.

By participating in the Event, the Participant confirms that he has read these Terms and agrees to them. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other documents relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters relating to the Event.
